Advocacy and Outreach Attorney Julia Brown writes an op-ed in the Bangor Daily News imploring the US Senate to pass a COVID-19 relief package that includes support for immigrant families.

ILAP grieves the loss of Juliet Holmes-Smith, Executive Director of the Volunteer Lawyers Project (VLP), who passed away on August 14th. She was a fierce and passionate advocate, and we extend our heart-felt condolences to her loved ones, colleagues, and many friends across Maine.
