ICE Check-Ins [English]

Check-ins with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at the South Portland office can be completed by email (preferred) or telephone. 

To complete your ICE Check In: 

Email ICE-ERO-POM-Reporting@ice.dhs.gov (BEST METHOD OF CONTACT!)

All emails must be written in English. Your email should include:

1. Your full legal name

2. A number

3. Date of birth

4. Current address where you live now

5. Current phone number for yourself and any minor children living with you that are also required to check in.

The office should respond within 5 business days with confirmation and new reporting requirements.

Have your A number and current address ready when you call. They do not have interpreters available. If needed, please call with an English speaker.
