Seeking asylum is a human right.

On February 23, the Biden administration proposed a new rule that puts the right to seek asylum in jeopardy. Biden's proposed asylum ban seeks to gut the United State's current asylum system, modeled directly on Trump-era proposals the courts already found illegal. Seeking asylum is a human right. And we need your help to protect it. 

The public comment period for Biden's asylum ban is open and comments are due by the end of the day on Monday, March 27th.
