USCIS, Immigration Court and ICE Reopening Information
U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES (USCIS)
What you need to know:
As of June 4, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) offices have resumed services. Information can change quickly, so please check the USCIS website for the latest information.
USCIS is not accepting walk-in visits at this time. You must have a scheduled appointment with USCIS before arriving at a USCIS office.
The Details:
Updates about the status of specific offices will be listed here. We recommend checking often.
USCIS field offices will send notices to those with appointments or naturalization ceremonies impacted by the closure.
USCIS asylum offices will automatically reschedule asylum interviews. When the interview is rescheduled, asylum applicants will receive a new interview notice with the new time, date and location of the interview and information about safety precautions.
USCIS will automatically reschedule Application Support Center appointments due to the office closure, and those impacted will receive a new appointment letter in the mail.
If you had an InfoPass or other appointment at the field office, you must reschedule through https://www.uscis.gov/contactcenter once field offices are open to the public again.
BOSTON IMMIGRATION COURT
What you need to know:

The Details:
ILAP recommends calling the Immigration Court hotline (1-800-898-7180) weekly to get information about your case. Refer to our self-help guide if you need help calling the court’s hotline. Please note that the hotline may NOT be up to date with your new hearing date if your case was postponed due to COVID-19.
