ILAP in the Community
Earlier this year, ILAP launched our Maine, Home for All Campaign to show a clear message of welcome, belonging, and home to Maine’s immigrant communities. It’s been so inspiring to see that there is a community standing beside us ready to stand up and proclaim that Maine is home for ALL.
ILAP staff, board, and volunteers were proud to march in Portland’s Pride parade in June, carrying a beautiful Maine, Home for All banner made by ARRT! (Artists’ Rapid Response Team).
Our friends at Dirigo Maine created a custom Maine Home for All flag to show at the Portland Hearts of Pine soccer games.
In the heart of Portland or surrounded by the incredible landscape of Baxter State Park, Maine is home for all.
